Reservation Information
Reservations
are made through the Office Manager on a first come-first
served basis. An online request form will soon be available,
but for now requests need to be made by contacting our office
at 325-228-4542 or sending an email to the

beginning and ending dates for activity

A
Reservation Confirmation Form and Retreat Contract will
be sent to the Retreat Coordinator. They will need to have
all appropriate spaces signed and returned with the stated
deposit by the date noted on the contract. If not received
by required date the space will be considered available.
The forms provided contain important information including
rates, meal schedules and policies that will need to be
followed and communicated with the group. |
